I think Ubisoft is working on a Rabbids movie.

I love both of them. Freaking awesome.

When Despicable Me first came out, I immediately thought of the Rabbids.

I'd love a Rabbids movie, it would be perfect!

Despicable me was significantly off the beaten path for Americans. It was a big budget animation done by an overseas company and had a very different feel. That's why Pixar has done so well with stories like "Up" and "Toy Story". Even though the plot has been done before, it feels very different.

I find the minions hilarious. I still scream 'BAH-NANA' at my kids and we all start laughing. The movie itself was funny for a couple short periods but quickly fell victim to the 'only funny in small doses' trap. Minions were always slapstick comic relief - only palatable in small amounts. 65% says most people agree with that, because a big group of the folks who went to this movie already like minions to begin with. For 1/3 of the people to come out disappointed just verifies the movie was bad.

The despicable me theme song still gets stuck in my head.

Why the fuck do they need their own movie? It's bad enough that I have to sort through a dozen Facebook memes per day that have minions in them. Now they have a movie and I'm sure its just minions doing cutesy little things for 2 hours instead of having some sort of plot.

I wish I could do cgi because I would make video of 100 or so minions getting chopped in a blender and share it on Facebook.
