I'm really tired of these bluescreens

See the P4C in my sig for the specs of my system.

I've tried just about everything here:
[*]Clock CPU back to stock
[*]Set RAM to spd
[*]Reformat, reload Windows XP SP1 and SP2
[*]Latest drivers for all peripherals
[*]Memtest for 16 hours - no errors
[*]Prime95 for 16 hours - no errors
[*]3dmark for 16 hours - no crashes
[*]Check voltages on PSU
[*]Move cards to differnet slots

The memory addresses I get point to nondescript things such as the PCI bus or the AGP controller, which don't help me. I am about ready to part out this system and start over, as I'm unsure what the problem is here.

PCI bus or AGP controller? Hrm..Donno if it would help - but have you tried removing all but the main backbone required to run the system (Video card, ram, etc) and see how it runs then? If it runs okay, you can try putting things in one at a time and see if any one thing gives you trouble. Looking at the specs - you have a loooot of stuff hooked up to your system. I'm not an expert on power supplies but anything is usually worth a shot when you're troubleshooting?

I suppose it'd be worth a shot. I've just been hesitant to start throwing parts at the problem.

Do you have the dmp file from the bluescreen? You can debug this to determine what's causing the problem.

I and my boss tried in vain to interpret and fix BOSD and finally gave up. The only fixable BSOD I have resolved was due to wrong drivers. The only other sure fix was format and reinstall or re-image. It became modus operandi at my office.

Update: I am now stable @ stock speeds, but if I overclock at ALL, it will bluescreen. I can run 2 instances of prime for 16+ hours without errors. Later, I will go back to doing nothing. In the next few hours, it will bluescreen. I use a divider on my memory so it runs below spec (it passes memtest still).

My other settings:
PSB800,
AGP/PCI lock @ 66/33
CPU voltage 1.675 (high, but actual voltage is 1.6v).
All GAT settings are set to auto or disabled.

Memory issue. Try other known good stick.

Memory? That's interesting, as the system is the most stable when the memory is being run the fastest.

I picked up some cheap K-Byte PC3200 (3-3-3-8) from Best Buy. If this cures it, I'll pick up some decent stuff.

I ran Prime95 for 22 hours with the CPU @ 3.1 and the ram @ 189 or so, 3-3-3-8. I manage another 24 hours of uptime before it bluescreens again. I guess I can rule memory out...

Power supply? Are you running with an EMI/RFI-filtering surge-supressor or UPS?

It's almost funny how my thread about DISK BOOT FAILURE ties in with this one. Yes, I am running an APC BackUPS Pro 1100 (has filtering). This is plugged into an APC surge protector.

I recently replaced my Antec True330 with an OCZ 470. The rails are great, less than .03v off.
