Working in front of a computer all day caused carpal tunnel and it has progressively getting worse in the last several months. The tip of my fingers hurt so bad and sometimes I can't feel anything with it. I should seek for employment in a field that I'm 100% likely to sit in front of a computer 8+ hours a day.

If you are playing video games, stop. I got bad carpal more than a decade ago from years of PC gaming. It's now perfect because I stopped playing FPS.
I won't tell you to shut up and deal with it, though; people saying that are being ignorant at best. We all suffer ailments in different ways. I have back pain from time to time. It doesn't bother me much and I deal with it. I wouldn't tell that to somebody with a buggered spine and slipped discs and not all carpal is the same.
Because I'm bleeding cash. I pay a monthly rent & is currently finishing up my degree. While the money I have saved up over the years can sustain me for a long time, I currently have a career/job crisis (On top of that, the money I have saved up is earmarked for a house purchase...but now i'm using it to live monthly & for school). My accounting degree doesn't work well with the carpal tunnel. I can't just go back to school to start fresh...even then I don't even know what to study anymore.
I have severe bone spurs on both ankles under my Achilles' tendons. Both spurs are cutting through the tendons as I walk and at the end of the day I can barely stand, let alone walk. Lucky for me, the govt/insurance has decided I don't need surgery to remove the spurs until my tendons snap. My doctor says if they snap, the road to recovery will be 2-4 times longer and much more painful. You know what I do every day? I go the hell to work and hope they don't snap.
So you are unemployed, but don't have any time? Say what?So as I'm entering my thirties & unemployed...I don't have any real world employable skills and things are looking bleak. I'm at a point where I don't know what to do anymore.
I'm going to get my associate degree in accounting in May but I can't work in the field because I've developed severe carpal tunnel syndrome over the years. If I sit for any extended period of time, my neck & shoulder hurt and my fingers tingle like heck. It's extremely painful.
I can't afford to go back to school because I don't have the time or money...
Even if, I don't even know what to go to school for anymore.
Your college degree doesn't matter as much as you think, you need to stand up for yourself and work hard.
I'm up at 4AM and working until 2AM sometimes the next day. I am employed for intangible reasons. Prove yourself, stop letting yourself down, and giving up.

Get the surgery in Costa Rica. I'm serious. There are some excellent hospitals there, and it would be a LOT cheaper.
You're thirty years old, have enough saved to buy a condo/townhouse outright, and things look hopeless right now? You are starting sooo far above the average American it's not even funny.I don't really need much. Have enough money saved up to buy a condo/townhouse outright so I will be fine even if I make $15+ an hour. At that rate, I'll net around $1800 monthly after FUTA/FICA/SUTA/misc taxes. Housing would only be around 25-30% of my income.
I just want to find a company with growth potential. But then again, I don't have any networking connection and I can't work in a field that I've studied for.
I work with mouse and keyboard all day and play FPS's with trackball and joystick. I still get pain if I'm working more than 20 hours at a stretch, but otherwise the different motions seems to help prevent work's carpal tunnel pain from building day to day.You said you're unemployed, but also are working in front of a computer?
