Question I'm Stumped

Hello Folks,
I'm stumped!?!? I just bought a new Dell monitor, a Dell 27" (mod. S2721HGF) it works fine but I goofed up when tinkering with it.
For some reason the Hz signal shows up in the top right corner of my monitor and I cant make it go away 8(
How do I get rid of it? Thanks for reading this and have a great week end!

Also it always there. While gaming, while surfing the web, it never goes away...weird huh?
