So being ignorant to what is going on in your locality, state, US, and international is the best way to insure that sadness and depression is kept at bay.

I watch the early morning news as I get a good mixture of news, weather, and traffic conditions. They never seem to dwell on any given subject which is great. I never waste time watching evening news or sensational opinion shows as they do tend to dwell on given subject that truly do not deserve attention the receive.

You answered 12 of 12 questions correctly.

You scored better than 99% of the public and the same as 1%.

Woo-hoo! Watching MSNBC every night pays off! :awe:

I was speaking to people like my father. He has CNN and Fox News on all day. They just go over the same news story a million different ways. How many times a day do you need to hear about Ebola? Or the plane crash a few months ago? It creates fear.

Look at the missing plane incident a few months ago. People were scared to go on a plane after what happened. It doesn't matter that in a given day there are thousands of airplanes flying around. Its the same with Ebola. You have a greater chance dying from diabetes.

I missed that one as well. I chose 25%, but looking back, that choice was too high.

I was surprised that only 50% of people 18-29 knew Ukraine was once part of the soviet union. What the hell?

That demographic has grown up post Soviet Union. Not really that surprised.
