Here's a vote for NC. Either Research Triangle Park area or Charlotte. Both have excellent weather, and are growing areas (Charlotte especially). Charlotte is also a beautiful city with excellent quality of life.

This is biased however -> I'm from Charlotte.

I agree with the Atlanta suggestion said above. Should be hot enough for you in the summer with weeks of 90f+ days in the summer and plenty of humidity to go around.

Plus ATL is growing enough that it shouldn't be hard at all to find a job. In fact unless you wish to live in the city I would recommend looking into the surrounding areas (like gwinnett) for work/home.

For Caucasian & Jews I'd say most of northern Broward county, and Palm Beach county (Margate, Coral-Springs, Tamrac, Boca, W palm beach some of Ft. Lauderdale etc.) are probably amongst the best in the country. You can wiki Coral-Springs for example to see it has ranked as one of the top places in the country in terms of quality of life.
I said Caucasian & Jews not to be racist, ok its not PC, but I want to be fair, I know that some people rather live in a place where there's a big community of their race.
