iMac G5 PICS!!!

in my opinion macs have never looked THAT bad (except for the fruity colored i-macs). they just plain suck in terms of usability. before i couldn't make such a comment without feeling guilty because i had never touch a mac. but the last couple of months, i had the "privilege" of working with 30+ eMacs and boy do they blow.

No, they're ugly. I was using one last night and just didn't find anything attractive about it. The screen is not nearly as adjustable as the original iMac. The original's design appeals to me more than this one.

Except for the powerbook i own i think it is mostly overpriced trendy computers for teenage chicks with fathers who have more money to spend than what is good for them.

UGLY! It looks like one of those old macs that we used to have in school. The ones that were so old that they were turning yellow and they would crash a couple times a day.

yea i know.. wide screen 17" 1440 x 900 or 20" 1680 x 1050 pixels... thats little for me. i'm sure u have a 24"+ lcd that dwarfs these pos monitors eh?

And why do people think it's so ugly? I would call it plain after seeing it in person. It's just rather interesting that they shoved everything into that box.

Hmm, my Powerbook has no usability problems.

Same with mine. My iBook does, but it's 4 years old.

Powersupply. It helps balance the whole system out, keep it ~2" thick, and gives it a retro-esque look.
