Image Quality Problem

I have a problem concerning the image quality mostly during the loading of full screen games in resolutions such as 640x480 and 800x600. The picture will vibrate slightly and the vibrations will intensify if the hard drive is being read. The picture also can have an overall waveyness to it, hard to describe. These annoyances do not make games unplayable, but do get irritating after a while. A friend mentioned that the cause could be interference from a bad ground in the computer affecting the picture signal. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

I try that neat button DEGAUSS
not a clue what it does but it seems to work
