Eh, that really depends. First, that
appears to be a Ford, which means that it's most likely FWD. Also, keep in mind that most cars have the underbody plating stuff that helps protect the delicate bits from being hit by crap on the road. That would
possibly help protect the car in this case. Essentially, he's probably lucky that he hit the car directly in the middle. At worst, he might have to replace a damaged oil pan.
EDIT:
This also appears to have occurred at a fairly low speed, which is why he just sort of stopped versus flipping over like you'd see in some crazy movie stunt. Although, what that says to me is that the driver
really wasn't paying attention, because he should have been able to stop in time at that speed. You could see him put on the brakes, but only a few feet before the guardrail.
