Assuming this is a serious question: you are extremely average, 1420 puts you in the 48th percentile. You're likely to be in the bottom third if you go to college. If you can accept that and are willing to put in real effort you can still probably graduate with acceptable grades. Go to a decent state school, do not go anywhere known as any kind of party school. Private schools aren't worth the money, especially for you.
However, your best bet is probably to enter the workforce, only go to college if you've tried finding work for six months and haven't been able to find anything with either advancement opportunities or decent pay. You shouldn't expect to find a job with both advancement opportunities and decent pay, either.
CC can be fantastic for saving money, but there are a few caveats.
-Verify with the University that they will accept your CC credits. As long as you stay in-state this shouldn't be an issue but it is worth checking.
-Compare the costs, some CCs aren't much cheaper than a University, and many more CCs are cheaper but not by enough to warrant their lower quality of education.
-Don't go to a CC unless you're committed and driven. In some ways it's easier than going straight to university but there's no glamor there, and CCs do not have much in the way of social life, and I'm not talking about parties. I'm talking about meeting friends and colleagues in your field; it can be pretty lonely, especially if the CC and your highschool are in different towns. A lot of people go to CC but they either don't finish there or they don't transfer to a university because it's a lot harder than they expected.
Also to add. Dont go to college if you are going to get some fufu liberal degree like underwater basket weaven, womens studies etc. It seems a waste of time and money if you arent after engineering, law, medical, science type degrees.
Look into learning a trade.

Edit: (Community College takes Anyone)
Unless you plan to go to an Ivy league school, there is no such thing as a good or bad college. It's all about what you plan to do with that college degree or more specifically, what is your degree in and how is that degree going to make you money? If you don't know. Don't go.

They added a third section. It's out of 2400 now.Did they change the SAT? When I took it there were 2 scores with a max of 800 each. A total of 1420 would have been quite good

Yea...a 2.6 in HS is not inspiring confidence. Look into becoming a fitter or an electrician. Can always use those.
