Impossible to move SMS from Android to iPhone? Seems so. NIGHTMARE scenario.

Gang, real quick, I have to move to an iPhone and I MUST have my SMS messages from my Android phone (and not stuck in my Gmail account just to look at).

Unfortunately it seems impossible to do. There are plenty of Pay programs, but #1 it's a lot of money for that and #2 I have downloaded a few and found they have viruses and pups. No thanks!

Using Movie to iOS would seem to be the answer, but it is not. I have a massive amount of data from my old iPhone cloud backed up. If I use Move to iOS I get my Android data but cannot backup from the iCloud!

So what I need is a workaround: Use Move to iOS.... Get my SMS to the iPhone.... Back up those SMS messages, somehow... Then wipe my iPhone out. Reset and restore from iCloud.

Then restore SMS messages that were backed up.

But what to use and how? Clearly those SMS messages need to be backed up onto a computer or in the cloud somewhere.

I have been at this four hours. 12 hours so far and no success. Honestly, this should never ever be so difficult.

Try the official app that Apple put on the Play store for thugs purpose.

I dunno. I would think you can merge or create an entirely new Apple ID.

Did you read what I wrote? Using that official app (Move to iOS) I am unable to download and use my iCloud back to my iPhone. In addition, for months now that app has seemingly not been working. Look at the reviews. All 1 star now.

Well in the end thew only program that works is Syncios, which cost me 35. There was no other way.
