i was recently thinking about how much money i save a year now that gas is relatively cheap again.

every American who drives was paying a heavy gas/war tax under the previous administration.

Seriously? You think the reasons gas prices are low is because the Obama administration has cuts taxes on oil? Or do you think this administration has spent less on war efforts?

Not trying to get all P&N here, but I don't think you have any idea what you are talking about. The tax rate on fuel hasn't changed in almost 25 years.

And spending from the current administration on war efforts is about the same as it was under the previous administration.

It really scares me to think of all the people that vote based on what the read on facebook (or simply invent in their own head).

Potentially. The fallacy is that just because the "war spending" is ramping down, it doesn't mean that we're spending less overall. Its just been pushed to different bucket and now its called something else.
