Eh..I was sort of aware of the secret menu, but the normal menu is fine for me [I'll have to try the animal next time - that sounds tasty]

Cus they're the only chain that provides the type of quality they have. I stress chain. Too many times people compare chains to little local places but for a chain their quality is unmatched.

they pull the leaf off a head of iceberg lettuce, wash it, the fold it onto the burger. it's not shredded or bagged lettuce.

oh man, a 3x3 protein burger animal style rocks!

some people may not like the fresh french fries but they are simply divine. You kinda have to get used to the taste and they do get soggy quick. best thing to do is ask them to make them crispy.

There's nothing "special" about the secret menu items. It's the same stuff...just more of it...or prepared slightly different. Otherwise, a burger's a burger, but with 3 or 4 or 6 patties and cheese...

In-n-out is ok, but just ok. Not great food.
I live about 2 miles from one and haven't been there in several years.
