I bought the LG GGC-H20L when NCIXUS had it in stock a few weeks ago. I'm happy with it. I'm guessing it will be at least a year before blank media is at a price where I'll regret not having the blue ray writing option.

I bought it at NCIX, too. I had to wait 2 months for it but I got it for $287.87 including shipping and insurance from Canada. You definetly got a better deal here. HF

It'll be at $150 or less before the end of 2008, I think. Still, compared to previous drives, $270 is a very good price.

I bought one now because I'm old and I might be dead waiting for them to be $50. Seemed like a good reason when I bought it.
