Wow, again your actual understanding of the past has been found to be lacking. As awful as slavery was, and still is, you must keep in mind that slaves were indeed very valuable pieces of property and as such were not casually killed to rid the country of "their kind" like what the Nazis were doing to the Jews, Gypsies, etcetera.

3 million?! There were FIVE million from Poland alone. Nazi's killed between 25% and 50% of the entire ****** European poluation.

Taking all these other groups into account, however, the total death toll rises considerably, estimates generally place the total number of Holocaust victims at 9 to 11 million, though some estimates have been as high as 26 million.

They're proud of distinguishing themselves from the North, culturally and ideologically. Not only that, considering that the flag is meant for battle, the South has a tradition of excellence in military tacticians, much moreso than the North.

How about addressing my point instead of nitpicking numbers? How much worse is a serial killer who kills 100 than a serial killer who kills 20? Does it really make so much of a difference? Seems like they both did something bad many times, at a certain point numbers cease to matter there.
