This is the one I thought of, but then I thought that maybe I disagree. It's not "underrated", per se, it's just not popular. Everyone that sees it loves it. I would say that "Royal Tennenbaums" is a more "underrated" movie. Many that see it can't appreciate it (critics notwithstanding, as they really mean nothing), but it's great.
