Nah, just a good corpse with a gun.Obviously the answer is to make Cemeteries more like prisons.
Don't forget funerals.And the malls/churches/clubs/hospitals/concerts ...
The kids calling 911 should have told the dispatch there was someone in the classroom having an abortion. The cops would have rushed right in.
More bad news for the Uvalde Police Department. Now they are in trouble for being 23 hours early.
Fake news, as this suggests Texas cares at all about children once they’ve left the womb.
Texas Holds 'em... back
Still waiting for @FlawleZGreg Abbott already did that. Let's say you turn all schools into armed prisons, what are you going to do with all the soft kid friendly targets around town?
Gonna imprison, playgrounds, grocery stores, day cares, toy stores, libraries, movie theaters, amusement parks, sports arenas? If you can't imprison them to the same level you just did schools will you close them all?
Did I leave anything out?
Why are they trying to ban something that is defensive like body armor? See S9407 in New York.

If you've ever interacted with small town cops and gotten on their bad side this will sound familiar.
Gut the department, fuck them.If you've ever interacted with small town cops and gotten on their bad side this will sound familiar.
Man, lacking courage to engage a kid murdering grade schoolers, but tough enough to stand up to one of the (potential?) victim's mothers. Disgusting.
Indeed. We have a large contingent that think guns >>> * because many have some sick fantasy of taking down a bad guy or participating in a violent guerilla conflict against the government.Lol we're about to get political ads with the candidate stalking down a school hallway with their AR and three pistols rolling up on a bad guy of indeterminate but definitely ethnic origin. This is going to get way way worse not better.
Thanks for the reminder. More evidence 2A was never meant for black people in this country.
The only two people who died in that were the two that had body armor.

So because a bad guy used something that may provide protection, nobody should be able to use it. Law enforcement will get an exemption to protect themselves from the bad guys while regular citizens are left to fend for themselves - I guess they can call law enforcement and hope they get a better response than Uvalde did.The guy in Buffalo was wearing armor with ceramic plates. Store security guard landed at least one hit on him but it was ineffective due to this.
I don't think I have a problem here since the alternative is to up gun guards and the cops enough to defeat it which seems unrealistic and likely to cause more collateral damage.
So a ban would have no effect on the criminals while denying ordinary citizens the ability to protect themselves if they chose to.They had home made body armour...
