Incubus has earned my RESPECT!

I was a bit skeptical when I first started hearing them on the radio and such, good songs but never really got me to go buy the CD. Then when my brother was over he put the newest CD of thiers on, Make Yourself, I was quite impressed with thier musical talent. The songs Privilege, When it comes, and Battlestar Scralatchtica are great songs. These guys are fastly moving up on my list of favorite bands and I feel weird saying that due to the fact I usally have a piss-poor attitude towards alot of the, what I like to call, pop-alternative bands, but after listening to the CD, Incubus in no way fits my harshly unjustfied classification. Thier songs are quite diverse and the lead singer, Brandon Boyd, has an amazing vocal talent. I am now very happy that they are gonna be at the Area 1 festival and am looking forward to seeing them!

Can anybody else who has been fan of thiers for a while give me thier opinions on Incubus' other albums, Enjoy Incubus, S.C.I.E.N.C.E., and Fungus Amongus, are they just as good, better, or worse.

unfortunatelly i have not have the chance to get any of the ones released before that

I was disappointed when Make Yourself got airplay. I cannot stand it now.
I was a huge fan of this band, seen them 5 times live, followed them around the midwest.
You must own Fungus Amongus, EI, and Science. Those are the only albums worth owning. They are so much better than the newest one. If morning view(oct23) isnt good, im going to be so sh*tty. I wish they hadnt turned into MTV fodder.

Incubus needs something new. And oh yeah, Drive sucks ass. Most of their other stuff is good, but I'm sick of it. Didn't Make Yourself come out in 1999? Or was it early 2000? I saw them in concert...not bad...but Deftones stole the show.

Go d/l some of their acoustic stuff, it's pretty good.

I as well recommend almost all of their works, one of the few bands where all of their stuff is pretty good. Fungus Amongus is very jazzy, very different from Make Yourself, but nevertheless, I like all of it.

Incubus is my favorite band. SCIENCE is definantly my fav. CD, then Fungus. I like make yourself, I like make yourself alot but it's got two or three songs that got radioplay and now people think that's what all of their songs sound like, which is NOT TRUE. There next CD is supposed to sound alot more like SCIENCE.

Anyway you should definantly get SCIENCE and fungus, and Incubus Attacks has some awesome acoustic's and other good songs.

I got every incubus song ever in mp3 format so if you want to hear what i'm talking about pm me.

I just went and bought SCIENCE, WHEN INCUBUS ATTACKS, but I couldnt find FUNGUS, Did you know that Only 100,000 CD's o f ...Attacks were made.....so lucky me!
