Does anyone know how or where I can obtain this old game. I lent it to a friend years ago.. I have been to millions of abondonware sites but to no avail.

I think Fate of Atlantis was included on one of those Lucasarts treasure packs, the ones with three games bundled in one package. Search ebay. Or you can get it from the Lucasarts company store.

Yeah, there is a pack with Indy 3, 4 & 5.
BTW, there is one Indy 4 for $1.75 (currently) at egay right now.
