Lansing Gov. Rick Snyder says the federal government has extended an order that allows truckers transporting fuel in Michigan to spend more time on the road.
Snyder had issued the energy emergency May 24 and extended it June 3 in response to pipeline interruptions in Wisconsin and Detroit. He suspended state and federal rules related to limits on hours and days that a trucker can be on the road.
Snyder said Monday that the federal government granted a request to extend the energy emergency until July 13. He says the extension ensures that gas stations are able to continue to meet the needs of Michiganders.
Snyder says a fuel pipeline in Wisconsin still is down.

For a minute there, I thought maybe Dave had come in to tell us that average prices where he is have dropped $.60 in the last 3 weeks and are currently the lowest they have been in the last couple of months despite it being summer. Or that his prices are $.75 less than what he was paying at the same time last year. Or that he can currently purchase gas in his vicinity for less than $2.00.
Sadly, I was wrong. He just came back to complain about somewhere else instead of celebrating his own current good fortune. That's Dave for you.

Gas jumped back up to $2.19, was nice while lasted a few days.

It seems to be going down here. 1.68 a gallon at the local QT.
Funny how the price goes up for McOwned when it goes down for everyone else. I'd really like to know the cornucopia of drugs he must be on to live in this constant deviation from reality.
Was interesting how they dropped that jump back within 3 days.
All the stations around here are now under $2 with some on the south of Indy at $1.54
No one can explain the 40 cent difference when the south side stations get the gasoline from the terminals located here on the north side.
So mark the calendar 7-27-2016 Oil at $42 and Gas close to $1.50 and remember that when they jack it back up to $100 a barrel and $4 a gallon after the Election.
So you would agree that gas prices are INSANELY low?
