If those were really neon tubes, they're nuts! There is probably a science behind the bricks where the impact is absorbed by the brick itself, the car seemed kinda crazy but again the bricks were more or less taking the brunt of it, though the tire did hit the guy's head too... But the glass. And they were eating it, wtf lol.
