Strange video piece from CNN. "Immunity" is in the title and the in video graphic, but there is no discussion of such a deal. In fact, the entire video is pretty much about his refusal to cooperate with prosecutors. What immunity deal?

Such immunity is to force testimony. It negates fifth amendment protections. It's not a deal at all.

Roger Stone has posted a video to instagram stating that Ronan Farrow of the New Yorker called him for comment on a story he's working on that says Stone told Trump about the Wikileaks dump before it happened.

Interesting times ahead.

Bold Prediction: Roger Stone will be indicted within a fortnight.

Stone seems to think so-

I’m next on the crooked special prosecutor’s hit list because I’ve advised Donald Trump for the past 39 years. I am being targeted not because I committed a crime, but because the 'deep state' liberals want to silence me and pressure me to testify against my good friend President Donald J. Trump

C'mon, Roger. Everybody knows you'll turn rat to save yourself if Mueller grabs you by the short & curlies...

Who knows? The DoJ won't give him the sweat off their balls unless he'll roll over on Trump, big time. If the DoJ asks for a postponement of his sentencing on Wednesday it will mean Manafort turned rat, too. Otherwise he's going down for at least 20 years I figure. That's very bad news for a guy who's 69.

with 8 out of 18 guilty charges on the tax fraud, it's not like he has a chance anyway - unless he gets both reduced sentencing and concurrent time.

Judges can be very lenient when the DoJ tells them that the perp has been ever so cooperative... We'll know more the day after tomorrow.

Another indictment. Another plea deal referred by Mueller.

BREAKING: A DC lobbyist Samuel Patten was charged Friday with acting as an unregistered foreign agent in the US, for Russians and Ukrainians from 2014 - 2017. The plea deal was handled by the DC US Atty’s Office and the DOJ Natl Security Division, not Robert Mueller’s team.

The case against Patten was referred to the DC US attorney's office by Special Counsel Robert Mueller. Patten was paid more than $1 million for Ukrainian work including meeting with members of the executive branch, Senate Foreign Relations Committee members and congressmen

Speaking of videos, I had a good laugh pulling up the pathetic piece of attempted trump propaganda that played at the Singapore Suckoff only to be quickly tuned into a NK fantasy tape for KJU to foist on his people before trump even landed.

Promises made, promises kept!

If anything big was going to happen today it should have already happened. Starting to think that we will see indictments during the 60 day election window. I could very well could be wrong on both points.

That's probably true. I can't see why the "60 day rule" would apply when the person being indicted isn't on any ballot in November.

A Stone guy named Randy Credico is scheduled for Grand Jury testimony next Friday.

I think Stone gets indicted shortly after that.

Don’t think so. Stone is cut from the same cloth as Manafort and we’re getting to the point where Mueller doesn’t need anymore cooperators. He’s going to start putting people away in prison for the rest of their lives.

Stone and Manafort are at the top of my list of people that need to go away forever.

I think Manafort & Stone have very different levels of legal liability. Even if Stone conspired with Assange or the Russians to provide the Trump campaign with illegally obtained information it doesn't even approach the level of malfeasance already proven against Manafort. From the beginning it was clear the only thing that would save Manafort from a very looong stretch was a pardon or commutation of sentence. For a 69 year old guy, 20 years or 200 is no difference. Stone really isn't facing that level of retribution so a plea could do him some good if he has no faith in his old friend Trump. I mean, who would unless they had no choice?

https://lawandcrime.com/high-profil...secret-ukrainian-money-to-trump-inauguration/

Apparently the guy indicted today admitted to helping russians funnel money into trumps inauguration fund.

Yes, and the oligarch who provided the money, who is an associate of Manafort, is also connected to the GRU. How about that, Manafort's campaign chairman was a business associate of a man connected to the Russian intel agency who hacked the DNC and Podesta e-mails.

I'm beginning to think that Manafort knows more than anyone what really happened here. It's too bad he hasn't flipped yet.
