Nothing to see here, right? Just more made up Trump lies and right wing spin? If CNN and other Progressheviks propaganda sites are reporting in, it must be bad.

Indictments coming…tomorrow?? But of course, the orange weasel gets away clean while his devoted yes-man takes the fall.

One thing Trump does that is actually smart, he never texts and he has no email address.

Yep, and then he blames everything on anybody but himself. Actually, I'm sure he's using it at this very moment to intimidate him. "You know Allen, I've got so much dirt on you, you don't have shit on me" "What do I know about creative accounting".

I think its a premature assessment, they're likely working up the ladder.

Ahh, I was thinking they stopped making progress (AW isn’t talking) and that’s why they’re now serving indictments. But you’re right that they’ll continue work him and try to make a deal before trial/sentencing.

Yeah, I'm obviously not a lawyer but effectively the difference between saying "you're in serious legal jeopardy" and "here's an indictment for 4 felonies and associated misdemeanors worth 10-40 years" is probably very effective in crystallizong the level of loyalty one might be willing to commit to 😂

One would like to think so, but Trump obviously has him quite intimidated, and he's a Fn fool for not having his own outside lawyer.

The only way Trump can get charged for tax related crimes at soonest, would only be possibly when one of his children turns against him, and testify against Trump. I doubt that would happen, as it seems the four major Trump children (excluding Barron) seem supportive of their father. As for Barron, he probably is too young to know anything in regards to what his father did in the past.

Another possibility would be when one of Trump's children get indicted and charged. Then Trump would etart to be in big trouble.

Lefties here should give pause for concern for big government - If you think this is something that will only be used for your "enemy" Republicans, think again.

But hey - you're all idiots, so I know critical thinking can be tough on you.

Any concerns about reports of the former President obtaining phone records of reporters and people he generally didn’t like?

Ab-so-fucking-lutely. Though that isn't exactly incriminating, illegal, or immoral? What is he going to do, call them and say "You suck"? Plus he

I'm just saying laws and enforcement changes are a WEE bit different than having phone numbers.

Sounds like the guy may be guilty, if everything in the charging papers is accurate.

Is this all from Durham, or is there going to be more? Because it isn't that impressive a result if that is all. A two year investigation ought to unearth more than one lawyer who was a peripheral figure in all this telling the FBI that he was there on his own behalf when in fact he was there on behalf of a client.

Looks like we got another Russia collusion indictment.

So what? I thought Durham was investigating how the crooked FBI was spying on the Trump campaign & persecuting them mercilessly, like poor Michael Flynn. What happened with that?

The notion that Baker didn't realize Sussman's involvement was political is completely absurd & the indictment along with it.

What difference does it make if you found out there might be evidence that Trump was working with Putin to steal the Presidential election of the United States if you dug up that evidence yourself or had it given to you by a client. You would still be morally bound to notify the FBI of that possibility and you would still be doing it from the perspective of personal patriotic duty. This guy and the Clinton Org. if they were involved should be up for medals and Trump should be doing in depth research on the Osama Nibble Fish.

Unfortunately, and as only liberals can understand, real justice, for the sake of protecting the individual from the state, must be bound by the principle of innocent until proven guilty even if it sometimes lets the guilty slip away.

Well, it does technically qualify as perjury. I seem to recall the same argument was made when Flynn lied to the FBI, that the FBI knew the truth anyway so the lie wasn't material. Except it was the right making that argument. And it was a bad argument.

That said, this is pretty ticky-tack for a perjury charge. It sounds like Durham couldn't really find much of anything and was desperate to justify the two years and taxpayer dollars spent on his investigation.

Thankfully the GOP lit settled law and judicial norms on fire and we can now do whatever the fuck we want. Biden should pardon him immediately, fire Durham and incite everyone to start making death threats against his family for this witch-hunt. Also: Fake News.
