She broke the FISA warrants. Claude just recently broke the guardian story on the #2 Dossier. Get real! And there's so much more you're probably completely ignorant of such as Roger Stone's prediction that it would soon be "Podesta's time in the barrel" or how Giuliani and others in Team Treason somehow new about the Weiner surprise. Also before this election, Putin tried it with Bannon (hint, hint) and Nigel Farage in the UK.

Dude, You must have a mole on the inside. I'm sure there is a lot we are all ignorant of...

I don't know if it's true or not, oh and neither do you.

I'm not going to get my knickers in a twist over some blogger posting. Seriously a blogger. Nope.

Well, yeh, but if it came from a seemingly "reputable" source sponsored by right wing billionaires you'd likely give it more credence, I'm sure.

There is a huge difference between a blogger and any reputable source.

Are you a reputable source of opinion?

I find our good friend Louise is a little too open to conspiracy theories even if she has gotten some stuff right.

That being said conservatives in here have no right to complain considering they routinely and uncritically cite right wing propaganda sites.

Not to mention that their enlarged amygdala and diminished cingulate makes them more pron having the emotion of fear interfere with their rational thinking.

the thing is, her story lines up with everything we know from what has previously been leaked. just as the Steele dossier has only been verified as time has gone on.

i remember when the dossier was first publicly released and Carter Page's trip to Moscow was immediately denied. it took months before more details came to light and the dossier proved to be accurate and once again it was team Trump lying. same goes for everything Michael Flynn and Paul Manafort.

Whatever you want to believe hotrod. I'll wait until something from somewhere other than a "professional blogger" shows up with some fact based verified information. Not speculation, innuendo and wishful thinking. LOL

Honestly: while I'd give Louise Mensch exponentially more credibility than Breitbart/InfoWars/Washington Times and a lot of Fox News' reporting, I wouldn't pin my hopes on what she says. The reason you trust the New York Times and Washington Post is because you know that they both have histories of good sources, will often corroborate stories through multiple sources, and are otherwise thorough. Mensch? She's a lot more than some random blogger, but she doesn't have a longstanding track record in her current position, and she's making some pretty bold statements. Wait and see.

Not sure if these have been referred to yet, but here's some easy to absorb flow charts that dots all the i's and crosses all the t's as far as Trump's connections with the Russians are concerned, updates notwithstanding.

http://www.politico.com/magazine/st...ies-chart-flynn-page-manafort-sessions-214868

The whole thing seems to be so and so did business with so and so who did business with a Russian!

News flash. Russia is not a restricted pariah nation like N.Korea or Iran, they are a normal part of the business scene like France or S.Korea.

Down the road from where I live is a steel plant, owned by a Russian company. The company I work for signed papers to be sold to a Russian company (they backed out). An hour up the road is a GM factory where they make the Chevy Cruze. While in Russia GM owns a factory where they also made the same Cruze.

Russia isn't a pariah, but a lot of the uproar has centered around a couple of things: the failure to disclose significant contact with Russians (at a minimum, Flynn and Sessions lied about it), and more importantly, who they were in contact with.

The biggest concern is the reports emerging of Trump campaign officials and associates talking to senior Russian intelligence officials in the year running up to the election. Now, why would they have any reason to do that when the election was far from sewn up? The Trump campaign wasn't part of a political transition; there certainly wouldn't be any business reasons for these people to talk to intelligence officials. The business connections that Trump and many of his associates have with Russia are worrying, but the larger worry is that those motives may have helped them justify collusion with Russia to dig up dirt on Clinton.

i do hope you realize there is a HUGE difference with just doing business with a Russian vs doing business with FSB agents.

Pro Trump blog references here = crazy conspiracy theorist, not legitimate source, fake news, retard for believing it, etc

Anti Trump blog reference here = it all lines up with what was a conspiracy theory in the first place

I don't think Mensch's blog is completely reliable, at least not until she's had a chance to prove herself as an independent news source.

But here's the problem: many of those pro-Trump blogs have a demonstrable history of telling or believing lies, of knowingly taking info out of context or even failing to understand whether or not something is illegal (see: the Susan Rice non-conspiracy). We reject them because they've shown they can't be trusted. Mensch isn't there, at least not yet... and besides, there's already a case to be made based on leaks to the NYT and Washington Post.

She nailed the FISA warrants waaaaaaaay before anyone else even sniffed it. She was also out in front of Flynn/Page/etc. stories. Also, it's not just her that is reporting on the grand juries. Someone already mentioned the Taylor guy. Rick Wilson (GOP strategist) is another one that is confirming he's heard the same. Given political differences between Mensch/Wilson and Taylor, I doubt their sources are the same. It's obvious she has some solid sourcing. Considering the same people are likely to be aware of FISA and the current investigation, I'd say it's safe to say she has at least the same access to that info.

In addition, there's apparently smoke that the NY AG is pursuing as well. He's hired several of Preet Bharara's former corruption investigators. Preet is the former USA for SDNY that Trump fired.

Have you forgotten that Russia is currently under sanctions because of aggression in Crimea & the Donbass?

just because you call something a conspiracy theory, doesn't mean it is.

i would bet money you called Russia hacking our electorate in favor of Trump a conspiracy theory last year. you know, before it was confirmed to be a fact.

don't worry comrade baydude, you won't get in trouble for your cooperation.

edit: confirmed

you have a history of being dead wrong on this issue and of being a traitor to this great country and to honesty in favor of your party, not your ideals or morals.

We've been bombarded with a string of bullshit right wing conspiracy theories over the last 8 years. It goes back even further, to Whitewater. So if there's some of that coming from the left, just remember that imitation is the greatest form of flattery.
