3. Selling uranium to the Russians: Jury is still out on this one as new information has come to light, but let's see where the cards fall. AFAIK, the entire Committee on Foreign Investment in the US agreed to this sale, across multiple agencies and not just the State Department. At the end of the day, we're talking about a Canadian company that was sold to Russia, and none of the American uranium can leave US soil.
