I would be amazed if someone isn't indicted, as being appointed special prosecutor and not prosecuting anyone is a sure fire career ender in D.C. I seriously doubt anyone is prosecuted for anything having to do with Russia and the election, but given Trump's reputation I cannot believe that with enough latitude in investigation, some prosecutable crimes won't be found. It may be underlings and hangers-on, but I cannot believe that all of his associates will be found totally clean.

All right, kiddies! I want everybody who thinks Trump isn't insanely dirty to raise their hand! Anybody? Anybody?

Now that we have that settled, the next question is... Why *did* some of us vote for him?

Doubtful. This "Indictments Coming" thread was started nearly half a year ago. I see no indictments.

Organized crime cases often take time to build. That's really what this is about, organized crime at the international level. Mueller was appointed in May, not even 4 months ago, so they're just getting warmed up, taking in information from the FBI, the IC, the IRS, foreign govts, State AG's & others, I'm sure. It's an all star team of professional ball breakers. We'll see what they can piece together & who they get to roll over. None of 'em look like G Gordon Liddy to me....

Because the Democrats were stupid enough to nominate Hillary Clinton (also known for being insanely dirty) and some of "us" either don't understand there's a third option or don't want to "waste" our votes by not voting for the lesser evil. Also, Democrats have long laughed at working class people in the Rust Belt in favor of the aggrieved and entitled group of the moment, and Hillary ran an extremely lackluster campaign even when not being loaded into her van like semi-conscious cord wood. (And even then she exposed her fundamentally arrogant and dishonest nature by claiming that she never passed out rather than telling the truth - that she was standing around on a warm day wearing tight-fitting body armor.) All those things caught up to the Dems this cycle. So America rejected her and selected the guy whose only virtue was not being a career politician.

Very few people voted FOR Trump compared to those who voted against Hillary and the establishment of both parties. Ask a Trump voter (in a civil tone, if that is possible for you) why she voted for Trump and you'll likely get a litany of reasons not to vote for Hillary, Cruz, Kasich, Bush III, etc. It was never about who or what he is, it was about who and what he is not.

Hillary wasn't known for being "insanely dirty", she was branded as such by the relentless onslaught of allegations for a solid 20 years.

As for what he's not: smart, able, contemplative, accepting, careful, disciplined... and on and on...

fare enough, since the source is more important than the substance, here you go...

http://time.com/4696424/moscow-right-kremlin-republicans/

will that do?
Sure. But from that article:

The outreach to Republicans marks a dramatic shift in Russia's attempts to influence U.S. domestic politics. During the Cold War, the Kremlin tried to forge links to the American left. Such efforts haven't stopped entirely. It's no accident that Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein scored a seat at Vladimir Putin's table at a 2015 banquet in Moscow for the state-sponsored propaganda outlet RT, or that RT hired former MSNBC anchor Ed Schultz, who boasts a fervent liberal fan base. But over the past five years, Russia has also been fostering a growing affinity on the right. According to a February Gallup poll, nearly one-third of Republicans now say they have a favorable impression of Putin, up from 12% two years ago and far higher than Putin's rating among Democrats.

You guys are either forgetting or dishonestly dissembling that until very recently, Russia was in bed with the left. At the moment, Russia is literally the bugbear under the bed because the left blames Putin et al for Hillary's otherwise inexplicable loss. But until five years ago, Russia wasn't even considering the right as worthy of attention. When Bill Clinton earned a half mil giving a speech in Moscow while his wife was SecState, nary a proggie heart fluttered. When Team Hillary had Fusion GPS buy a dossier of laughably fake Trump scandals from the Kremlin, no one raised cries of Russian collusion. And up until Hillary stepped down as SecState to ascend as President, she was the one receiving millions of dollars from Russia and Russian businessmen. Russia trying to influence American politics is as old as the establishment of the Soviet Union, and as with the media, it's only become a problem once it is no longer exclusively the left benefiting. Face it, guy - your crook got out-crooked by a more crooked crook. Ain't nothing new.

So giving a speech in Russia now equals corruption?
Fusion GPS didn't buy fake info from Kremlin. They hired a British intelligence officer and he's testified before Congress.
I have no idea what you are talking about regarding receiving millions from Russian businessmen but I hope for your sake you aren't parroting the bullshit Russian uranium story.

How are you so uninformed?

"Hillary Clinton is a god damn demon", "It is what all the ancients said, what they warned us about"

With that said you've got to wonder about the subscribers who keep funding him. It's like having a camera on a crackhead that you keep giving crack to so he'll perform for you.

It would be awesome if it was just the entertainment part of it but I have to admit I have this sensation crawling up on me that the fabric of reality is shifting, it is as if its ok to laugh at the clown and take his word as gospel at the same time, logic and deduction is getting replaced by something else - I have no idea what this 'something else' is but I know its happening. With stuff like this, Alex Jones and co I keep coming back to the 59% figure, 59% og the white man voted Trump. 59%. If that is not logic defying I dont know what is.

He kind of reminds me of Rush Limbaugh's drug abuse scandal and we all know how that turned out.

You are trying to compare marginal leftist personalities with the fucking nominee for president from the Republicans. Talk about dissembling. There is no equivalent behavior from Russia in a presidential election within my lifetime at a minimum, probably ever. Sorry buddy, you're going to have to deal with how things happened in the real world.

To this day there is literally zero credible evidence that Clinton was a 'crook'. You likely believe there is because you have heard it so many times from other conservatives and right wing media. On the other hand there is ample evidence that Trump is a crook. Comparing the two is deeply, deeply dishonest.
