Awesome deal! I just received a confirmation email for my Nomad, and this is one damn fine deal. This is one of those deals that makes you appreciate Hot Deals, just like the Office Depot digital camera mispricing (still using my Kodak DC240, thank you!) and the Best Buy/PNY 32MB DIMM memory extravaganza (bought 8 sticks for $12 in tax).

But that doesn't mean you are wasting 50 dollars on it.
As long as you haven't download any of the song you will be able to get a refund.
As I said earlier in the thread, I actually made 2 mistakes.
I purchased 50 dollars of Mp3 under the same account twice accidently.
Email Emusic CS and straight things out.
OR
Go to your CC and tell them that you purchased the songs under the impression that you would get a free nomad. Tell them also that you haven't download the music yet. So officially, you haven't "open" it yet. You know..... like opening a CD from a retail store.

Anyway..... good luck with the thing.

got confirmation on mine today May 27, around 1:30 pm.. had to call my CC CS and get them to raise my credit limit so I could fit it on my visa (stupid snailmail... all money transfers should be instantaneous), but now I'm finally getting one. I always told myself I'd pick one up when I could get one for around $50, and now it's here. I had so many "freebie" dollars build up on my account, I had to buy 8 albums and 6 singles to get $50 on my CC.

The offer is now over. I think I might have gotten screwed on this cuz I think I placed my order when they were switching their page. I never got the address confirmation page. All the instructions and everything was still up 15 minutes after I placed the order and then the offer page changed stating that the deal was over. I better take this up with customer service.
