Yeah I opened an account with Emigrant myself, like the interest rate, but the web page is kinda klugy....if ING gets their rates back up, I'm moving all my money back there.

Besides Ingdirect and Emigrant Direct, look at capital one saving, they care competing also.

I hate anything associating with Capital One. They always have some sort of hidden fee or some hidden catches along the way to get money or prevent from giving you money.

I will never deal with them again. ING's interface is very good though, very easy to use, even my sister loves it. To get the $25 you would need to go through a referral, so if people need one, Just PM me your FIRST NAME, LAST NAME and your EMAIL ADDRESS.

I signed up for Emigrant not too long ago. Their user interface isn't as nice as ING's, but there rates are better. I've only been with them for a couple weeks, so I don't have any other information.

ING, however, has been a very good bank for me, and their rates keep catching up! If anyone wants the $25 referral, just send me a PM and I'll set you up.

I didn't even know you could get cash for referrals til I saw someone post they wanted one, and I was like, WHOA! And logged in as quickly as I could!

Also, the referral is $10, you can also open the account with a gift to the other person. There's nothing stopping accont holders from giving $5 to the people they refer.

As it should be. I hate Citibank because when you go to open a account, they treat you like you are getting a loan. I actually got less of a 3rd degree when I was getting a loan.

Yes, that's why I only send referrals to those that want it (as should everyone else). I hate SPAM myself so I always ask people if they want it before I send it.
