Nevermind, I just checked and the APR for the CDs are not fixed. It seem to adjust along with their other rates.

Me too! I've earned a lot more on my savings than I possibly could with my bank, and I've made 8% on my return in mutual funds since April 15. I'm sure someone will reply and say they earned X% on something else like always, but I am happy with 8% in 3 months.
