even if these are small increases, ing's interface is much easier to use and understand. all my friends and relatives have ing where as emigrant is an alien to them. i guess it all depends on what you like and dont like. i just dont like emigrant.

oh and Presidential is still at 3.75% on checking and has been for awhile. Granted ING has a very nice interface (better than Emigrant) and no minimum (better than Presidential).

That's savings. The checking is still 3.75%. I use ING to move my dough from local credit union to Presidential or Emigrant. ...have years of experience with ING and Presidential. The online billpay and checking at Presidential is great, ING is only a savings account. I earn more on my checking than on my savings.
