This is the cyst that was removed from the back of my head last year. It was about 6mm in size. They have to remove it intact or the "sack" that caused the buildup would just grow back.
Of course you can. Lump near your balls is nothing to worry about. Worst that can happen is death or you lose the use of your dick. No big deal. Totally not worth a visit to the doctor.
