Thats not going to happen... The only time he gets his ass handed to him is when he *SPOILER* races a Subaru... supposedly driven by Bunta...

Technically it aired this morning because of the different time zones. I'm currently downloading the untranslated versions. When I get the fansubbed versions tomorrow, I'll upload them to my web host.

Just a note, they're basically doing 2 episodes every other month or some BS.

Yeah, it is driven by Bunta. The STi later shows up at the tofu shop and takumi realizes it was his dad that defeated him. The 86 is then put fully under takumi's name. Bunta also has takumi deliver tofu every other day in the STi so that he understands how other cars work (or something).

God I hate what Tokyopop did with US release. 3 eps per DVD because they had to include that horrible enhanced/english edit, gonna go broke buying em all.

The new graphics are nice. The cars are more detailed before and have more of a comic-book-type of look.

God, the early subs are friggan horrible!!! (fob2k4). Im gona wait for someone else to sub it. I had to close media player after the 3rd "Dawg".

Yeah, fob2k4 isn't even a real group. I don't think anyone has heard of them until their sub of the first episode. Definitely avoid this group.
