You get what you pay for. I have purchased several dozen ink cartriges from Megatoners for my Epson 780. It seems like they don't work as well as some others. But no real complaints. (You always have to run Epsons through cleaning cycles) It seems like you have to more often with this ink.

I also purchased a couple of "brand new" toner cartriges from them for my HP Laser Jet 5000 - Well THEY WERE NOT BRAND NEW - THEY WERE NOT EVEN REMANUFACTURED. THEY WERE REFILLED. And very used looking. They don't answer their e-mails. There return policy rapes you on their "guaranteed satisfaction" - It's not worth returning something. When I spoke with them on the phone about the toner they just sort of played dumb. "Oh really" the guy says, as he trys to convince me that this banged up cartridge with an old drum, packed in paper and held together with clips (from where they broke it open to refill it) is still brand new. THEY HAVE JUST LOST MY BUSINESS. There are plenty of other companies to order from. And if they are sending out crapy quality toner with this kind of attitude, you are probably also getting the cheapest quality ink money can buy. When someone will sit on the phone and lie to you flat out, they loose all my respect.

MEGATONERS.COM is off my list of suppliers. I give them a ZERO for trying to rip me and playing dumb.

Whenever no brand or manufacturing information is mentioned, you can be assurred you're getting the cheapest ink cartridges they were able to buy for wholesale.

The dumbest thing you did was buy an HP printer in the first place and expect to print cheaply.
The printheads are on the cartridge and that's patented so it's virtually impossible to get a new generic HP cartridge. They are refills, I used to buy them. Years a ago someone knocked off HP cartridges and HP sued them. They lost, so HP just keeps making them harder to refill.

Some are better than others but they all suck compared to refilling BCI-3 Canon cartriges. Some I have refilled over 70 times. I even refill generic BCI-3s.

As far as ink...well, I buy the best and refill my own BCI-3 cartridges for pennies.

Sure they make refill kits. Epsons fill ok. Some models you have to reset the chip on the cartridge. Some you can't even do it.

Look on some of these inkjet websites and check out your model.

What model do you have?

I have an epson photo stylus C-80.

I can't seem to find any refill kits for it though.

JCanyon,

Until recently anyway you couldn't refill C-80 cartridges because you couldn't reset the chip. I really dunno if you can now, may be a resetter available now.. I recall seeing something about but can't remember. Try googling (google.com) for C-80 refill kit or something like that and let us know how you make out.

Well.. the only refill kit I could find for the C-80 was from ink-refills.com
but 23.95 sounds like alot to pay to me.

Has anyone used these guys before? I wouldnt mind trying one out but need a better price then this.

Don't let this JCanyon LOSER bring down a descent store. I have legitimately bought some things from these guys and they always treat me good and have good prices. Sounds like some loser trying to make some cash off a referal link or something.

Where the hell did that come from? Did I do something wrong?
