Install a greasemonkey extension

hey folks, I have this youtube video downloader script as a greasemonkey extension that I downloaded from a website a few years ago. Now unfortunately that website is gone and I need to install the script on my mac as well.

so question is how do I go about getting the script from machine 1 and install in machine 2. Also under greasemoney maintenance "Manage user scripts" --> Edit, I was able to copy the script and moved it to machine 2. I double click on the file but it doesnt install using greasmonkey.
How can I do that? Can it only be installed if this file is uploaded on a website and I click and install?

Also the problem that happens while uploading to websites is that they dont allow me to upload .js files.

You should be able to do a File -> Open File in Firefox, navigate to the .js file to open it, and Greasemonkey should install it that way.
