i upgraded the gpu on a really old comp.
removed the 8600 gts and upgraded it to a gts 450.
this is the following steps i did in order
1: installed latest nvidia drivers
2: removed 8600gts
3: installed gts 450
4: restarted comp
5: ran cpuz and it showed the gts 450 having really low clocks.

screen shoot of the cpuz at link above. i don't know why the clocks show my gts 450 running at
core: 50mhz
shaders: 101mhz
memory: 135 mhz
using version 1.56 of cpuz.
also the nvidi drivers i intalled and running is 260.99.
