Each time I try to install Linux Mint I get black screen with a blinking cursor at the top left when I attempt to reboot after the installation is done and gives me an option to reboot or continue testing unless I install it in compatibility mode. This happens in both 21.1 and 21.2. In the three other PCs I installed it I didn't have this issue, one was an HP Envy with a i5-7400 CPU and another was an Intel NUC with an i3-6100U, and the third one was a Lenovo with a Pentium E5200 CPU. Is this a motherboard chipset compatibility issue with the Linux Mint installation process with my system with the Ryzen 7 5800X3D as during the loading of the Linux Mint installer it said that it could not detect the chipset? Also I get some issues with certain USB devices on this PC that I don't on others, another reason why I suspect it's the motherboard that's causing this issue. I also suspect that it could be a compatibility issue with my GPU as it didn't happen with my 1080 Ti or a 4080 I tried out but ended up returning. It started happening in 21.1. The reason I mention compatibility issues is because I don't have this issue if installing in compatibility mode. I have the latest BIOS version installed. Here are my system specs listed below, just in case something from my specs is causing this issue?
Ryzen 7 5800X3D
64GB DDR4-3200 (This is not causing the issue as it also happened with the 32GB DDR4-3200 kit that this replaced)
RTX 4090
Asus B550-F ROG Strix (Wi-Fi)
2x2TB Samsung 980 Pro NVMe (This is not the issue as it also happened when installing it to an external SSD)
Seasonic Focus 850W power supply (I don't think it's power supply overload)
I also use Ventoy on a 32GB USB flash drive for my operating system installers and Ventoy is not causing the issue because I created a dedicated Linux Mint USB installer and it still happened in this system.
