I have an enlight 7237 case. I have 2 types of connectors for connecting the MB to the case. One is kind of a square metal bracket that clamps in to the bottom of the case and has a hole in the top for a screw. The other type is a metal standoff screw with a hole for another screw on the top. Do I need to use both of these types of connectors to connect my MB? Is it fine for them to touch the bottom of the MB as long as it is only around the holes on the MB? Can anyone else with this case help me out?

I don't think it matters. Also own a EN7237. Used the standoff screws instead of the brackets for strength plus they seem like better ground contacts.

I`ve used both, but I agree with Homebrew about using the standoff screws instead of the brackets for strength.

I like using the brakets instead of the standoffs. If you ever go to replace the motherboard you'll understand why.

Grounding is not an issue here. The mobo does NOT get grounded through the standoffs.

I just installed a mobo on an enlight case like yours and I just used the brackets. In the past I've used standoffs, but the brackets were so much easier. No problems.
