The only thing that I hate is that there is no map.

I don't need a map like in CS which shows where all of my teammates and myself are... just a simple map which shows the layout. It could be completely blank, other than the capture points... Don't they have maps IRL?

But the fact remains, this game is slow and is just a matter of who pops their out out first and gets it blown off by some unseen adversary. Ooooh, fun!

Well, I disagree. I didn't like it immediately, but its grown on me and now I absolutely love it. There is a steep learning curve, but once you get into it, it becomes a really tactical game. You can't just run around a corner, you have to peek around it, know where enemies come from, etc.

yes i spose that is true as well, the iaf dont shoot exactly well, but like they are saying, its a good portion of teamwork. well we have excellent teamwork, its all about working as a team in the service. you cannot win a fight alone, superior firepower is the most likely to win. that in mind, you dont have air support in that game, and its 90% likely you will never have air support or convoy's(ie the .50 cal machine gun and the MK19 grenade launcher). all you have is small arms, makes a big difference.

............................No. CS:S is you playing as some Spec Ops/1337 terrorist, of course you're going to be moving fast. Here, you're a soldier, you're not going to be sprinting around the map.

Sweet! Got back from out of town this weekend and 1.1 patch is out!

As the list is fairly extensive, I wish they would've did a small modification with the classes like allow more rifleman or give RPG guys the SKS or something like that, but hopefully that'll come soon. Can't wait to tear it up tonight!

New map too. w00t

The last vestiges of free thought and openmindedness are now gone. In today's world, anyone who isn't just like me is a stupid idiot i love you with no girlfriend (but a promiscuous mother), and whatever they like to do should probably be made illegal for good measure. It's abysmally depressing.

Save it. By your own logic people can think and say what they want. The only person with a closed mind is you, for thinking that people are not entitled to make up their own minds.

Great, just when a game with great graphics comes out, they end up going the route of every other fucking game and toning the graphics down.


That's not optimization, its lowering quality. I can do that via control panel.
