Is that why Apple stock jumped when the new Intel macs came out, despite the fact they had been announced quite a while earlier?
Stock jump on 9th January
Shipping started 10th January
I'm not saying Intel WILL follow a similar pattern, but quite often tech stocks move after announcements, and then again it seems after the actual official release.
