Out of the box BIOS only allow for up to 20% overclock. Yes they count it as % instead of actually letting you set the clock rate.
If you do the mod to enable debug mode in BIOS, it allows you to clock it over 20%. However because it requires you to draw on the motherboard with a trace pen, it will void your warranty. I've done it myself, the mod is very easy to do.
With crappy memory (DDR2 675) and stock heatsink, my E6400 wasn't stable pass 25% anyway. However it's happying running at 3GHz atm.
This board is well worth the $175 asking here, I paid $250 for it at the egg last Sept. and haven't regret it.
