When I ordered, 2/3, it was 1-3 days..

Calling in the AM with Mr. Supervisor to find out what the hell is going on now. At least my order was bumped to overnight shipping at 0 charge, so WHEN it does ship, it will not drag azz getting here.

..been watching this thread. Really want this board but not willing to throw the dice on Microcenter. Hope you get your board some day.

As of today.....No email for shipping....no email for cancelation.


I was told on friday that mine would be expadited and be out....No such luck. Called saturday and was told "I dont know why it wasnt shipped friday, Ill keep an eye out on this order". No info sat. as well.

Im going on 2 weeks without a word of where it is, or why it hasnt shipped.

Well I was told Friday afternoon that the Pennsylvania warehouse was OOS, and apparently from the BO notice I got from the CA warehouse (after he manually placed the order), the CA warehouse is out too. Warehouses doing inventory this past weekend.

I know earlier last week the Ohio warehouse was out as that was where my order first went. I think they are getting just a few at a time or something and they are getting snatched as they arrive.

Well, I just got off the phone with CS. He said there was a hiccup in their inventory system and that they have it in stock and would ship it out today....I am holding my breath...starting......NOW

Hope it holds out, I was promised again today mine will ship via overnight and arrive by 1030am Tuesday. then again I was promised it would ship LAST Tuesday, LAST Wednesday, Last Friday also..

It was routed directly to the fullfillment center.

They probably have just as bad an ordering system on their end as customers do for order tracking. :roll:

Agree, that is pretty poor to be over a week late without the option to cancel. Pretty crappy policy....

They have even expadited it 2x and still cant give me an answer on a shipping date.
No option to give me something else
No option to cancel.

As you can guess.....my last time ordering something from here.

They told me that last week too.. Until it either goes into further 'processing' or backorder they say they can't cancel. The rep described it as "limbo" (his word).

Another day another promise mine will arrive by 1030am on tuesday.

yeah, uh-huh.

Call and ask for Nate and have your order # ready. They will grill you about "why do you need to speak with..." just tell them you need to work with him on an order and be firm about it.

worked for me finally.

Just called again to get a tracking#. They said they cancelled my initial order and re-ordered it from their Santa Clara store where it was available. Will ship today and I believe them this time. They must have sold a ton of these boards but it's still no excuse to run your business on false advertising.....

See I was told on Friday by "nate" that he would have to cancel the order (he did), he manually made a new one. He said the santa clara warehouse had just gotten some in. Before the order was uploaded (20 past each hour during the business day), they all were allocated. Thusly I did not get mine today like he said I would.

This morning he cancelled Friday's order, remade a new one and promised it would ship today (santa clara) via overnight, and to call at 3 to get my #. So.... santa clara had some this morning about 7am, and hopefully some others on here got theirs shipped too.

Bottom line their system sucks, Nate did all he could with what he had at his disposal to get one going to me and finally did. If you are really wanting to follow through, get with him.
