So you'll commit fraud because of a bad color scheme?

What fraud butthead? READ my post..notice the DOA in QUOTATION MARKS? Think it may mean something oh holier-than-thou? It means, for the morally-better-than-everyone-else that I shall return one board as I don't want it and shall eat any restocking fee if charged for it. Not unusual to buy a product, get it and find out it doesn't work as you expect, or look as good, or whatever reason, and it gets returned.

Now, crawl back into your "I'm better than you are" hole and die.

DOA = Dead on Arrival. It doesn't mean the same as what you're stating above. From what you originally posted (before the explanation), I can see why one would think you were planning something deceptive. Normally, I'd agree it's none of their business, but you DID post it in a public forum.

I got my board a few days ago and so far it's been kicking @$$ and taking names.

My e6300 is at 2.8GHz ATM with 2xDDR2-8000 Buffalo FireStix RAM. I am going to see if I can push it higher, but I might need some airflow for the RAM. ><

TD is generally a hassle to get the rebates.... They take FOREVER too.

MC seems to have gotten another stock of this board in yesterday as I have one being shipped to me right now. Unfortunately, I had called and cancelled it last week. Card still charged, though.

But, they've already issued an RMA for it...no problem actually.

So to those waiting, it'll come.

As an FYI.....check your credit cards for a new charge, even if the old hold or charge was dropped. I was told by the CSR that unless you have a cancellation number in hand, just because the previous hold was dropped from your card does NOT mean the order was canceled.....rather they assume that, if you have NOT actually physically called and canceled, the order is still valid and they will ship it when they get it in stock and charge your card!

I went ot the local MC today and they had a skid of them. I would guess between 40 to 50 were sitting in the main isle. I am going to put in my 530J until I can afford a C2D.

This week from MC I got a 32" HD LCD for $399, a w/l xbox 360 controller for $19 and now this board. I have some major debt and buyer's remorse.
