Im talking about 10W TDP or bellow, 2+1 Broadwell at that TDP will be inferior to Quad Core ATOM CherryTrail.
Oh, gotcha.

A Venue 11 Pro with the 5y71 has appeared on geekbench. 2500 single, 4400 multi core.
Geekbench 3.1.5 Tryout for Windows x86 (32-bit)
Single-Core Score: 2539
Multi-Core Score: 4406
Here's a link for anyone interested.
That score is good for x86 performance and an older version, not 3.2.3. but good find.
Geekbench 3.2.2 for Windows x86 (64-bit)
Single-Core Score: 2180
Multi-Core Score: 4506
Managed to get hold of an HD 5500 (i5-5200U) based Acer laptop and put it up against my HD 4400 one (i5-4210U).

Improvement is 18% in Unigine Heaven. Will be trying running more stuff over the weekend.
Huh, wonder what's going on with the min? Throttling?
Probably should note min and max fps.
HD 4400:
Min=14.7
Max=49.5
Score=738
HD5500:
Min=8.3
Max=65.6
Score=871

Excited for the 28W+ Broadwells. The Dell XPS 13 looks interesting but that HD5550 is still about what, 20-30% slower than a HD4600? I'd say an HD4600 is about the minimum I could take for gaming DOTA/Diablo/MOBA/F2P games so I guess either Broadwell S/K whatever is called will be my next laptop upgrade. Was hoping it would be out by 2014, oh well.
matches 7570M in far cry 2. not bad. hd6000 performance should be good
Bit of a demonstration of how performance scales with TDP - Core M 5Y10c vs. i5-5200U in GRID Autosport. Same 2+2 die, similar GPU base and max frequency speeds, but near linear scaling in performance with TDP increase.

Is that your channel? I've been following it since the first Bay Trail videos (I've posted some in Bay Trail/Cherry Trail's thread), great work, gives a good idea of gaming with Intel IGPs. Looking forward to some Cherry Trail gaming videos in a few months.
@imported_Thorburn - why would hd6000 be slower than hd5500. hd5000 was on average 15% better performing than hd4400

For what? Mobile? Yes. Desktop? It's only got a ~5% IPC boost, but I personally believe it'll clock a bit higher.I'm way out of the loop. Is broadwell expected to be a decent upgrade over haswell?
