I put a old 775 Xeon E3110 into MSI P45 my backup PC.
Bios now has new setting called Intel C-State Tech.
It seem the Intel C-State Tech gives the cpu control of
power management instead of the chipset.
CPU runs 3450 prime stable with 1.08-1.2v with C-State
Tech on cool for summer heat.
(Questions)
Do I leave it on or leave off default is off.
Does C-State only effect the idle.
Will it work on overclocking with core volts at +.2v.
