Relatively easy fixes, in order of decreasing cost.i won't lie, it sucks to know that im losing out on a whole chunk of performance due to my CPU; i wasnt expecting a 5600x to be "weak".
Pick up Ryzen 9600X, A620M mobo and DDR5-6000 CL30 RAM kit
DDR4-3733 CL16 or lower with current mobo
5700X3D drop in upgrade
Good liquid cooler to allow CPU to hit higher frequencies consistently
PBO tuning to ensure at least two or three cores run at the highest possible frequency.
Tweak RAM subtimings to squeeze the most performance out of every CPU cycle by reducing waiting on RAM access.
Just enjoy what you have and it won't matter as long as you keep your mind on the gameplay and not get distracted by a little stuttering here or there.
