Hello there,
I'm using notebook with i3 3217U CPU and it have intel HD 4000 graphic inside.
I noticed that in BIOS I can set some fixed memory size for graphic, but on my notebook at settings I can also see avalible memory for graphic or something. By default, fixed size was 64MB in BIOS (when I check setting on windows it said 32MB), and around 1700MB avalible in total.
Now they question: does system automaticly give more RAM to graphic, when that's needed? So it have 64MB (or 32MB), but when I run some game, system will recognize that, and give addictional 512MB to my graphic? Does it works like that, or I have to manually set some stuffs to work correctly?
What do you recomend me to do with my ASUS X551CA Notebook. I have 4GB RAM, and wondering if I should leave default settings (fixed 64MB in BIOS), or change that value to 128/256/512 ?
Best Regards,
Simon
