I have not, but wouldn't it be strange that voltages would need to be bumped to get stable operation at stock speeds?
Regarding latencymon it's showing some really bad numbers on my system. Maybe I should start a new thread about this, but could you give me a few quick pointers on how to diagnose what it reports?
Just out of interest are your memory sticks on your mobo's compatibility list? I know it's not the ideal situation but I expect vendors will cite this when responding to people with these problems. Asus did when I was asking about a bios fix for the 950 pro, even though it would most likely be the most used NVMe drive for this generation.
You have to remember that we are dealing with a lot of new technologies at once. Skylake CPU's, Z170 mobo's, DDR4 Ram (which is tuned differently to X99 compatible ram) Windows 10 (and all the fresh drivers that go with it) and in my case NVMe. There is a hell of a lot that can go wrong.
As for latency issues, I initially had problems with a windows system file that was related to networking. Re-installing my WiFi drivers resolved this. Apparently this is quite a common issue for users who have looked this much in depth to the inner workings.
The only high latency readings I get now are Nvidia and DirectX related but they don't seem to be causing me any issues whilst gaming or on the desktop.
