If today's date was wrong I admit I'll be sorely disappointed purely by living towards the expectation of being covered in data right now. If the guide came in yesterday I'm betting the NDA will lift 19 June.
We'll see. A particular Intel insider didn't receive the reviewer's guide up until yesterday, which I find strange if NDA is up today. But TBH, if reviews are out today I wouldn't expect them to show up before Intel's PC Gaming Show @ E3 2017 starts (in 2 hours and 21 minutes). Also, this:

Intel have just announced at their first ever E3 press conference the X-series processors will be up for pre-order starting next week.

Gregory Bryant, Intel's head of PC gubbins, said the first Core i7 X-series chips and the 10-core Core i9 will be available next week, with pre-orders for the 'mega-tasking' (bleurgh) 12-, 14-, 16- and 18-core processors also kicking off at the same time.
While the more mainstream, though still pricey, CPUs will be on sale in June, the big chips will be hitting the retailers from August through to October this year. You know, should you want to drop $2,000 on a CPU.
Intel did though show the first live demo of the 18-core, 16-thread Core i9 7980XE processor running an intensive VR-gaming, streaming and green-screen rendering workload spitting out to Twitch. They showed all 36 threads running at around 70-80% load across the board. Yeah, I did say it was intensive...
At the PC Gaming show at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) on June 12, Intel senior vice president Gregory Bryant announced that Intel would begin taking preorders for the Core i7 X-series chips and the ten-core Core i9 7900X the week of June 20. Intel will launch the 12-core Core i9-7920X, the 14-core Core i9-7940X, the 16-core Core i9-7960X and the 18-core Core i9-7980XE from August through October, with exact dates and pricing to be disclosed later. (Intel confirmed separately that the 12-core i9-7920X will launch in August, and the 18-core Core i9-7980XE in October.)

So, how will one go about "pre-ordering" next Monday? Direct from Intel. Is that a normal thing?
Intel’s Kaby Lake Core X-series processors, from 4- to 10-core CPUs, will be available for pre-order beginning on June 19 and will ship to consumers the following week.
I thought the NDA on Skylake-X was lifted today. Guess that leak was wrong.
Well at least we can finally put to rest the BS that 18C was a response to TR, no way they could have responded this quickly on LGA2066.

So official news , 4-10 cores , 4-10 cores , threadripper , 4-XX cores , 4-10summer-12-18cores later. You honestly believe they would ship more than 12 cores if Threadripper was not there? Having the ability to do 18 cores does not mean intel will ship 18 cores. Don't get me wrong why on earth would they push the market forward if they can just have the design ready for next year. AMD litterly was off the table completely , what i would do if i had no competition and shareholders wanting only profit.
UPDATE : Also why does this entire discussion sound like intel first time ever 18core , you could have bought xeon for the last x-number of years.
Anyway what we expected from computex .
Intel (1, 2) says pre-orders start next week. And we already know June 27 is the estimated date of arrival from ShopBLT for X299 MBs. So reviews next week (June 19) and retail availability just like we previously expected in June 26/27.
Intel also clarified Core i9-7920X launches in August and Core i9-7980XE launches in October. Core i9-7940X and Core i-7960X are August-October.
