Has anybody used this Camera before? What are some of the Goods and Bads about this Camera? Thanks for the info People!

This thing is awesome, has video out, output to vcr, etc. snap shot, much clearer than the first generation cameras...

I have it. Since I cant compare it to other cams, I would say the image quality is passable.

I have this camera, and have had it for quite a while now. It's a pretty sweet camera, and works great. I hooked my Dreamcast into it, and took some videos of the exhibition theaters in Soul Calibur (those who have played this know what I'm talking about). Then, used the Movie Maker in WinME and put it to some music from the band Disturbed. It's awesome!! The movie turned out a whole lot better than I anticipated. If anyone wants to see the movie I made, feel free to send me a private message, I can email it to you. It's right at 1MB, so it's not entirely too large.

Excellent camera!!! Well worth the money. Also takes excellent still frames. Great quality on the photos.

I messed around a couple of times with CU-SeeMe online. Whenever I ran into someone with a great image, i.e., very clear, crisp, sharp, etc., I'd ask them what brand webcam they were using. The majority of the time the answer I got back was, "Intel Webcam Pro." So if nothing else I can tell you it beats the pants off the crappy webcam I got for free from Earthlink over a year ago.

I must admit that after all the advertising/hoopla I was disappointed with the quality of the Intel PC Camera Pro.

A web cam which provide a better image quality and is better for video conferencing is the 3Com HomeConnect

Read lots of reviews and ask web cam owners what they love/hate about their current web cams. I would go for a Kodak or 3Com before selecting the Intel PC Camera Pro.

The anandtech hot deals forum had a thread which showed the 3Com HomeConnect for about $60 with free shipping, I bought it and LOVE IT!

I think I have become confused here - just checked a review for the Kodak and it look nothing like the 3com....oops...maybe they have a different model here in HK...thats my story....better get some sleep think...

Actually the Kodak 325? It gets rave reviews and is quite pricey too however...
My mate has it and the image quality is fairly crap compared to my Tekram "How R U" vdo kit...however the philips cam has bust again...
I need a new cam too and would also like suggestions..the 3com is very expensive here (approx US$140) in HK though - but after seeing my mates Kodak perform - I wouldn't want it anyway...
I doubt I'd pay US$40 for it to be honest.. maybe he has the setting wrong?
