Goto CC and order the Intel base station for $19.99 which has a $20 rebate. Then order the mouse for $29.99.

I think you should use what Intel tells you to do. Sending the wrong thing means that your rebate is in limbo for a while. Also, if you send the UPC symbol to Intel, what are you going to send in to get the free base station? That's right, there is no point to this deal if we play by your rules.

Send in the pieces exactly as instructed.

On a side note, has anyone used these components yet? I've seen them at Staples and they look pretty ergonomic, but I'm wondering how they work out in the long run? Thanks!

I don't think this deal will work. The $30 rebate is for the base station + mouse bundle. Not buying the two parts separately. I don't see it advertised at CC, but you can get it from CompUSA for $40. So this comes out to only one rebate and $10 for both the station and the mouse.

I would have to agree with gambitx, the rebate says take the upc from the inside of the BOX not boxES. That would seem to mean that you have to get the mouse + base in one box.

It still doesn't seem too bad to pay $10 for the base and mouse, I might do that myself, but I won't risk paying 30 for the mouse and not getting any back.

I was looking into the bases, but typed in the wrong thing .

I thought the techno DL of this was very well done.

this mouse is heavy and big because it use 3 AAA battery. it is difficult to use.
I have this one, but I still use my old ps/2 mouse.

Intel rebate form is confusing, so I called them and they said what they need is a 12 digit number bar code, not the &quot;proof of purchase inside the box.

So it's on your own risk. And don't cry if you were denied but if fact you can get 2 base stations and one mouse for just $10.
